Hello my name is Laila M, I am currently 16 years old, and attend West Boca High School. I hope to make this company more than just me working. I try to always expand and help other students around me to connect with local families who need someone to help teach and entertain their children. I grew up in a family of business owners and learned quickly that the best way to support your goals and others is to take action yourself. So with Laila's Little Learners I am doing exactly that!

I have always loved working with kids, they make my life feel as whimsical as they see their own. I want to help to give children exactly what they give me, a smile, and something to laugh about. Being able to grow up surrounded by family has taught me that babysitting and tutoring is more than just making money, it is giving kids a way to learn and grow without the pressure of expectations. When I show up to a job, it is not to just be there. I bring games, and puzzles, and give the kids something to look forward to every time I arrive. 

I love spending time with the children, whether it's running around and getting our energy out, or spending time relaxing and reading a book. The best part is the quality time, because with every smile and every game we become closer friends.

Over the years I have always been enrolled in advanced classes, so I have done it all and know how to teach in the most entertaining way possible. Whether its teaching your kid to read before going into Kindergarten, homework or AMP help through Elementary school, and all the way middle school and high school, I can be there for you, and your children. 

Through growing up I learned how scary it is to ask questions in a classroom or with adults. We make sure that our kids feel like they are in a safe environment that they are willing to learn in. Through teenage support the children are more inclined to ask questions and admit their struggles. 

We strive to be their big kid mentors that they look up to and teach them how to be the best verisons of themselves while still maintaining the adorable innocence of youth.
